Was lucky enough to witness the Mercer/Allison era but the club won trophies without resorting to spending big bucks , think franny was our biggest signing at £60k and in my opinion that team will never be bettered for its will to win and character. The current situation at the club is truly magnificent we won the lottery when Sheik Mansour poured his millions into our club , and no matter how you disguise it , we have bought our trophies , but no more than Blackburn , Chelsea , Rags , Dippers , Leeds have done in the past but its just the media highlight our spending and thoroughly enjoy any setbacks we suffer.
You can try to ignore Sky, BT Sport , BBC and the red tops but it does antagonise our supporter base , but don't forget the more shite they peddle about our club only means we are hurting the bastards big time . 2017 will be a transitional year but long term we are going to blow the premier league and europe out of the water and that is what the rest of the football world fears , the mediyaaaa will go full tilt over the next few months to get Pep to fall on his sword , but it won't work he has the full backing of the owner and CEO of the club. Quite looking forward to ramming the Rag / Dipper pundits words down their throats over the next few years , Believe.

Pep didn't blow Europe out of the water at Bayern, I'm all for a bit of tubthumping but fuck me some people would think Peps invented football , let's settle for a league title again eh instead of this conquer the world nonsense.

The maddest thing for me is the number of people who seem genuinely angry these days. I've seen 'em on here, on Twitter, met them at games. They seem to hate every aspect of the club. The pre match entertainment makes the want to kill someone, the Barcification of the club has taken it's soul, every game is a MUST win otherwise someone must be sacked. It's just all so fucking tragic. I've literally NOTHING in common with these people because their anger is so deep rooted and so irrational it's hard to even acknowledge them as City supporters. They just seem to watch us out of duty/habit/boredom whilst lambasting the entire experience.
Personally I've never been more in love with the club than I have been since the takeover and it grows each season as we progress both on and off the pitch.
Absolutely bang on the money. This should forever be made a sticky to make these moaning ungrateful b*stards (not supporters) reflect. They hate so much about the club, the team, the players, you have to wonder just exactly what are their motivations? I really wish they'd put their money where their mouth is and stop coming to the Etihad. Is everything perfect, no, but it's a multiple times better in my opinion than any other club in world football.

Not sure its nonsense CFG was created to dominate football worldwide , like it or not thats the plan whether it comes to fruition is another matter , were in for an interesting few years and i believe Pep is the best coach for the european job.
