All you have to do is approach the club with any problems and they will always assist in 99.9% of cases.

From what I'm told the club are trialling it as it's more of a "fan" experienced and a million miles away from corporate. The Liverpool game is £100.00 per person + VAT not sure how the club will market the package for other games, or if its cheaper for kids etc.
