Dogs got a turbot fillet the other day as i decided on pizza and it had to be cooked that day. Also got a bowl of duck and mushroom pate since morrissons were flogging them off for a quid a pop.
The red wine reduction looks shitty on the pic but it tasted lovely with turbot.
The crab claw meat salad was spot on to with some balsamic.

I had a bad white wine a few years back and it really put me off. I do need to get back into white wine though and i have never had that so i'll give it a whirl.

bacon barmcakes with brown sauce ,I cooked a spag bol for when the girls got home , like a dick I simmered it too long and burnt it :(

There are some bad people in this world Mr Frog. Rumour has it some wish to call a barm a muffin, seems a bit far fetched to me.
Sorry to hear that! Had a few bad red wines myself, anyway I had picpoul in the south of france, a place called sete. A place that is great for seafood lovers. When down well with a seafood platter. Make sure it's really chilled:-)
