Just had ours yesterday as I am working away for Christmas. We had chicken & beef short ribs, still got loads left as well.

I'm thinking paella Valenciana with yorkshire puddings, root vegetables, pigs in blankets and stuffing on top. Debating long and hard about topping it off with gravy.

Might not have soup though.

If only I'd saved a little bit of my parents we could have done this too.

They are both "dug in" to the flower beds at the old family house, so could perhaps scatter some dirt on the sprouts - otherwise I'll roast the mother-in-law? (No. Not like that)
