Swansea - Post match thread

I think it was good man management of city to let Jesus finish the season with palmieras so that he could win them a league title. He meant he came here happy and full of confidence, but where would be this season if we had him since August? Ok the start could not have much better, but Aguero has missed 7 games through injuries and all our players have missed an enormous amount of chances that should have increased our points total. The Chelsea game alone was a 6 point swing in the title race.

Phew....
: DINO is not a full back
: Clichy is finished as a full back. Weak, indecisive, getting towards the end of a very good career

In my opinion Fernandinho would be twice as good at left back than Clichy is. I'd play Zabaletta there ahead of Clichy. In fact I'd play Iheanacho there ahead of Clichy.

Willy - 7

Fernandinho - 5
Stones - 6
Kolarov - 7
Clichy - 6

Sterling - 6
Toure - 7 (First half 9, second half 5)
KDB - 6
Silva - 8
Sane -7

Jesus - 8

I think in that first 30 minutes, it's as bad as I've seen Fernandinho play in a city shirt.

His distribution was horrific, made the wrong choice of pass 9 times from 10.

Strangely, I thought he played well positionally. He was reading the game well and never got caught to far up the pitch

He was poor today. I've not been overly impressed with him these last few months both from a discipline and performance point of view.

It's not about his record,he makes the subs too late,he didn't see their goal coming in time,we had the lead and they were pressing hard, shore it up then,he didn't do it in time imo of course
Weird that they scored after he shored it up then.

In all honesty i thought swansea played really well today they were a credit to Paul Clements management.

In Sane and Jesus we have two really special talents thought we didnt move the ball about as fast as we have been doing.

: Sterling is not,and may never be,an elite player
: David Silva is not a Captain for a team in adversity.

I want City to be the All Blacks of football......beautiful,ruthless winners.
Well done. 100% bollocks.

I disagree thought they were very fortunate 1st half improved after the break but if the score line had finished 6-1 no one could have complained
