I was looking at Kolasinac and he looks stellar defensively but I don't know how good he is in the build up and going forward. Anybody care to enlighten me on this?

Just been watching some footageof Dahboud. Looks an incredible prospect

Really hope we get this lad

Posted this in the Dahoud thread, again,I don't know how reliable...

According to rumours collected through TMW sources of ours, Borussia Dortmund achieved an agreement with German Under-21 international playmaking midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud (21). The player, also tracked by AC Milan, Juventus, and Liverpool, will leave Borussia Monchengladbach on a 14 million euros fee, and will be signed by Die Schwartzgelben on a 4-year deal.

I always like Rafinha but I'm fairly convinced he'll never amount to anything. He's like Aaron Ramsey - often injured, potentially brillaint, but never able to play at that level consistently and capable of playing 3 or 4 positions OK, but not good enough at any particular one.

The injury he got last season was very unfortunate. That was his breakthrough period where he was finally making the step up to the level needed, but he's shown nothing like that since coming back.

I think he'd be a very frustrating player for us.
Kinda like Thiago too, until this year where he's looked like Bayern's best player

Alba is the only one out of those three that I think could improve our side, though I think there are far better options out there. Never liked Rafinha and Andre Gomes has been dogshit this season. Would prefer Brozovic than those two.

Really disappointing if true.

Stats show 3 goals in 30 apps this season. Don't know about general build up though.

How many HG players will we have to sign ?

Delph, Joe and Clichy look doomed.

Will we add from within or buy in?

In terms of seniors I don't see us adding any - none are good enough.

That leaves us with Sterling, Stones and 17 foreign players plus anyone from this group of u21's or loanees who could rejoin:

Kelechi, Maffeo, Gunn, Roberts, Denayer, Garcia.

I think Gunn, Roberts, Maffeo, Garcia and Iheanacho would all have a good chance at being in the squad next season, which would give us 4 HG players and 3 u21's who will eventually become HG when they are old enough.

Which would allow for a squad of 24.

It's a real shame Tosin seems set on leaving.

Would Kolasinac become our first-choice LB? Or more of a versatile back-up defender? And how good is he?

Just a pity he can't influence all the outgoings.

Hanging around like bad smells.

Fortunately, many of them are out of contract. Yaya, Zabba, Clichy, Sagna, Navas. The players we need to sell i'd assume are: Nolito, Fernando, Bravo, Kompany and Delph? And perhaps Kolarov?
