City Fans Leaving Early/Empty seats

There can't be another club with as many early leavers as us. Saying that half the family stand didn't bother showing up at all.
Correct. It's a ****** disgrace that stand. Club needs to sort something out because it's right behind the goal and in clear view of tv audience. Just another Empihad gimme for them Vile obsessed C***S!

most stayed longer and till the end today. it was only the family stand when everyone suddenly decided to get up and leave early. people were singing we can see you sneaking out at some of them. i think it should be turned into a proper home end instead.
Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Hundreds pouring out in SS3 with over 5 mins to go. Personally, I couldn't give a flying fuck. I've got better things to worry about.

it was in the east stand and the other lower tier stands, it didn't seem to bad imo. bar the family stand. anyway it doesnt really matter at least we saw the last goal ;)

They should be named and shamed over the PA as they leave the Stadium. Love it when we score an injury time goal and the early leavers miss it. They obviously prefer getting home early to put their tea on than supporting their team.

I don't think they actually care about missing a goal.

Instead of whining on here about people leaving early fire an email off to the club about closing roads and keeping people locked in car parks after the game, busy fuckers

Well I had a season ticket in there until 2 years ago when the club decided I couldn't sit there anymore because I didn't have any little brats with me. Maybe that's the problem.

I'm in the Family Stand and stayed because I wanted to. Could see people leaving in every other stand as well as Family Stand. Got home, watching re-run and lower tier East Stand is equally empty. Looks like it's not just fans with kids that leave early eh? Not sure what the club can and need to do about it, I'd expect if we were still in with a chance of winning the league it would make a difference. The only solution to keeping backsides on seats would be to give a huge incentive for fans to stay, big discount off seasoncard or something similar. Some would still leave early, including me with kids on night games, but you'd have a better chance of getting fans to stay until the final whistle. Better transport links would also help but that's not something that City can immediately fix.

Move the family area upstairs in the other stands and they can leave for whatever excuse/reason that they want.
Today was ridiculous - and it was even the end we were peppering.

Most fans don't care about missing an entire game, like Boro away last week when we had a third of the allocation unsold. I would guess the majority of critics on here had their 'excuse' why they didn't go, but it is entirely up to the individual, as is leaving early or staying 10 mins after to watch players warm down.

Left as soon as we subbed Jesus. Heard the 5th go in as I walked past Mary D's, not too arsed about that.
Beat the traffic (yes!) and got home with feet up, fire on and settled down with a brew to watch the afternoons games on the firestick.
