So, the DUP. I wonder if the public realise what a load of nutters they are? I know may is a bible basher but these zoomers are on another level with their views on same sex marriage and abortion rights. Didnt they actively support the unionist terrorist factions in n ireland? This is going to be fun to watch, obviously the tories wont tolerate terrorist sympathisers will they?

Two leadership elections won and a general election where Labour gained an additional 30 seats and 41% share of the vote are facts.

I didn't say there were not. You quoted as fact that Blairism is dead and that the party is never going back there. That's not a fact, it's your opinion.

tbf dont most parties in northern ireland have links with terrorist/ paramilitary groups ? ( not that i agree with there views) the coalition was unavoidable.

Shome mishtake, shurely? Ed

Notwithstanding her lack of any discernible ability, I still cannot believe she said that. It was absurdly transparent - and she's going to head up the Brexit negotiations! It's like some sort of elaborate wind-up.

She's shameless

Watching her on a staged managed PMQs she comes across as someone who could 'do a job' - however, it became clear to the public that those advising her held the pubic in life contempt or she did

There is surely no way she or this Con/DUP coalition can last for any significant period of time I.e years not weeks or months

Media keep suggesting this gives mandate for a softer Brexit. It does not at all, SNP lost seats and Labour are not a soft Brexit. People keep blatantly lying and trying to shift meanings in our recent politics. Take votes and manifestos as they are, stop trying to change their meaning!

sensible, moderate Labour leader

You are starting to get really boring, no matter how often you repeat your bullshit re Blair, no matter how much you claim to speak on behalf of me and many hundreds of thousands of other Labour members when stating centre left is dead, you fail to back this up with any kind of meat on the bone, instead you persist in posting pathetic immature little digs like above, to be fair you mirror the entire momentum movement. Childish deluded bullies. We should agree we want social justice, for the many not the few, we do don't we? Well while I'm praising Jc for confounding the critics and achieving a creditable result given the start point, your still taking shots at labours most successful pm. If you want social justice sometimes you have to make concessions, those concessions delivered TB a landslide and in turn enabled the introduction of social legislation that under the tories would not have seen the light of day, at least not for many many years. It's called being pragmatic, you could do worse than looking it up.

I'll now swallow my pride and back the current leadership, he's earned the right, but if he fails to win the next vote are you going to be as decent, or will you just be happy with our little protest movement.

The Tories are an absolute shambles. The pig fucker called a referendum he didn't want, got the result he didn't want and left everyone else to pick up the pieces. The buffoon Boris pretended he was in favour of Brexit to try and further his career, then when he got the result he didn't want, he went missing too. Metal Mickey May spotted he chance and tried her hand, she was so up her own arse she called an unnecessary election, thinking she would easily win. Look how that turned out.

How can anyone have any confidence in this shower of shit to negotiate us out of Europe?

Re: your last paragraph, I think the answer is pretty obvious.

One glimmer of light I see for the Tories is that a prerequisite to this collaboration may have been an iagreement to cease hounding servicemen from incidents involving the IRA from forty years ago. That would play well will Tory voters (if the Givernment could deliver) but could hinder community relations with Catholics in Norfhern Ireland I suppose.

Whaaat??!!

Do you mean she might have to sit down with terrorists in order to seek... peace??

Fookin' sympathiser!!

Protest movements don't win 262 seats and 41% of the vote.
