Maybe but doesnt sound like a Pep team without a strong intelligent pivot, Fernando and Delph won't be that , think both will be gone ,not sure Gundogan Fernandinho and an ageing Toure are either. I'd be very surprised if we dont buy a cm / pivot. Personally I think Kimmich but if not who knows ?Maybe we're just going to buy attackers and defenders?

He is not Pep type of dmf not smart enough and too physical. İ rate Yaya, Dinho and İlkay more than him in our system. We need regista not tough guy in midfield like Fabinho, Nainggolan or Matic.

I agree but any fire we inject into the game seems to be met with stringent punishment from the officials, more so than our opponents.If he pulls it off with total flair players then I will salute him. Teams like the rags and dippers will try to bully us off the ball.

I agree mate...I was just about to type the very same thing. We have one of the best managers in the world that can/should be able to adapt his style to suit the prem and the area in front of the back 4 is where alot of Prem teams out muscle us and it had a big part to play in the results last season. Pep might feel we can "make-do" this season, as fullback is a bigger need but I think we'll be a better team once we sort the DM position out.
So are the Rags getting Fabinho? They suddenly seem very hopeful at the cafe thread.
