Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Btw, when did "Sky Sources" become so unreliable and crap? Last summer they had us buying Auba and Reece Oxford. Just a few days ago they said we were close to buying that Mexican winger. And now he has gone to PSV.

If it came from anybody else i would have considered it but skysports have fallen so far behind it was a no go as soon as the put it up for me.

Would of been a decent signing but not outstanding one. It does make sense If it gives Arsenal a jolt in the Sanchez negotiations.

Aubameyang is one of the top 5 strikers in the world for sure, but I'm not sure we have room for him. If we didn't have Aguero and Jesus already, we'd be on this right away

nowhere near. There's more than 5 strikers better at Barca and Madrid alone. We've got two better than him too. Would go as far as to say he'd struggle to make top 5 in the league if he came here

Guessing the Aubameyang doubters don't watch Dortmund much, but here are the numbers: he's scored 85 in 128 games for them — 0.66 / game. He's incredibly quick, a clinical finisher, good in the air and links up very well with others.

Aguero - who also has an outstanding goalscoring record has scored 122 goals in 181 games (0.67 / game). Their records are almost identical but Aubameyang is younger. Only strikers who are definitely above him are Suarez and Lewandowski. I would put Aguero, Higuain and Costa in the same category.

And when I say he's a top 5 striker, I'm not including forwards and no. 9s like Messi, Ronaldo, Dybala and Muller.

Yes. People really underestimate him here. He is a goal machine. Fast, agile and in his prime. If not for Sanchez, he would be my first dream signing that is realistic in this window.
