I am also a believer in that idea. In fact I am thinking that he is not the only one. I think it is telling how Pep and players like Mendy and Alves are so demonstratively relaxed about things these days.Reckon he join up with us in the states and the signing will be done there while on tour.
Appreciate the feedback! Further question...how are City perceived by Barca or Real in Spain? Be careful now you're outnumbered ;)

You are correct, we really shouldn't given we have no fullbacks on our books. The fact that everyone are relaxed might mean something. That's all I am saying.Right? And 'city' too if you take what we're hearing at face value. The most interesting of them all is Sanchez. From a totally neutral POV we shouldn't be as confident as we are.

I can't weigh in on what blancos might think of City but with cules, it varies
I think most see it as a plaything of a Middle Eastern sheik, perhaps lumping it in with other Qatari examples that have ultimately turned fans off. I don’t see it like this, I see the project at City as a better one than say what is at PSG but surprised that the investments in the youth academy & infrastructure haven’t yet provided any dividends. Many cules probably look at City as Barca-lite, more so now with Pep running things. Txiki & Soriano are key elements of Laporta’s reign at Barcelona so there is an expectation that they will look to reproduce something similar in England. I think year two of the Pep project will have the team looking even more like a Guardiola side which for many cules, like myself, is an exciting prospect to appreciate from a distance
I love the way Pep has his teams play, it brings joy – trophies end up being a natural consequence of it

This one is simple, he's agreed to join but we are in no rush to cut his holiday sort and make it official.
He will fly to Manchester this weekend and sign by or on Monday.
Chill.
