Their business model. Buy young talented players, sell them on for massive profit. Rinse and repeat.
Yeah I get that. No good as a fan.

You honestly believe he`s injured ?If Mendy is indeed still injured and does sign for us this weekend, should we expect him to play on tour?
True but they keep getting stripped of a lot of their players, maybe not so much ArsenalNot really. Those two would not make a CL semi.
They won the league so I guess a lot are happy. Maybe it's a good think to try afresh every couple of years? They surely can't be bored. :-)Yeah I get that. No good as a fan.

If his then it's a 100% done deal to us ;-)You honestly believe he`s injured ?
Tielemans is an absolute star who can easily slot into their midfield right away. They get Rony Lopes back and I have a feeling he'll play for them this year. Jordi Mboula looks like a real talent who could start in the first team right away. Terence Kongolo can replace Mendy or play CB. They have a young Brazilian LB named Jorge who can also just slot right in..Feel a little sorry for Monaco. A couple of additions and they would be serious CL contenders. Decimated
Sorry but how do you know Tielemans is an absolute star. I saw him play against Utd and he was very average in the game at Anderlecht. I don't think I saw the game at UtdTielemans is an absolute star who can easily slot into their midfield right away. They get Rony Lopes back and I have a feeling he'll play for them this year. They'll want to sign another decent midfielder but if they keep Mbappe, I don't expect much of a fall-off to be honest.
I think you answered your own question "some French journo on twitter!)Some french journo on twitter says he will become the most expensive full back ever. Sounds fishy... last week he was 39 million, now he is over 50?
Bless your innocence. If Mendy is indeed still injured and does sign for us this weekend, should we expect him to play on tour?
Mendy had one season showing his worth. Has a lot to iron out.
Walker is English and Premier league proven and one of the best in the league. How's he worth as much as walker. Is it simply because Monaco dont have to sell?
Could be the Dani Alves bullshit is having a knock effect, we now have to Levy what he wants, Monaco say ok now we want the same (I'm sure city would've preferred to lock up mendy sooner for cheaper), or I could be completely wrong...Mendy had one season showing his worth. Has a lot to iron out.

Well, since Walker isn't official yet, the most expensive fullback ever is currently Dani Alves to Barca at £30m, right? Anything over that qualifies. Some french journo on twitter says he will become the most expensive full back ever. Sounds fishy... last week he was 39 million, now he is over 50?
Monaco probably feel because they easily dispatched Spurs, got to the Semi's of the CL and won their own league against a team of the same caliber as England's league winner, that their highly rated full back is worth just as much as Walker
Anyone tracking planes tomorrow......Monaco to Manchester :)
