desperate fuckers, but they're legit pretender for top 4. Might actually get it as Liverpool looks like is doing liverpool and will stay without coutinho.
 
I'm all for this rag build up of expectation tbh.

Somehow the ****s have been able to play more or less without pressure since Ferguson, squandering money on shite, hugely overpaying for players they could have had for peanuts & still, not even making top 4 disguised as success.

Bring it on. 'Manchester Utd should expect to win the title this season' like we get every fucking year.

Let's see how that close to a breakdown, miserable, weird **** & his wanker followers cope, if they get a few bad results.

Kompany did the same we such a nice club. Ask any of the rag players its probably in there contracts that they say no comment
 
Quite a lot of Rags around today proudly wearing their shirts , dread to think how giddy they will get if they ever get back into the top four ,but at least there are plenty of vacant rocks now for the homeless
 
they're mates from same national team, know each other since they're kids probably, of course they'll talk nice about him.
 
Passing through HK airport, I had the very weary delight of seeing a young kid in a City top... slightly tempered by his dad wearing a Liverpool top.... but that was the only red top I saw, in 5 hours. :-)
 
I thought they looked a dangerous team against us. Strong defensively and very pacy on the counter. I think Lukaku will score a lot of goals. I have grown up despising them but I think they will be one of our big dangers this season.

We looked behind them in terms of fitness and sharpness. However, we looked to have the edge in technique and some of our intricate play was way beyond what they can muster. With two strong full backs we should be able to nullify the threat of their break aways. Other than packing their defence, I'm not sure if they will be able to cope with our play, when we have a full squad and sharpness.

And how are these twats going to play on the break when the majority of Prem teams will be parking a bus and settling for a point

Like any team hoping to challenge, they will need more than one string to their bow. That is how they will play against us though. Against the mid table teams and below, they too will have more possession and they are a big, powerful team who will score a fair number of set pieces, as Mourinho teams tend to do.

Similarly, we will need more than pretty football in the 2/3 area. That's why I was so pleased to see the emergence of Sane last season, as he helped give us a devastating counter attack as a further option.

I think, and hope, that we will have enough to win the league, but it will not be easy, no matter how much the squad looks to have been improved. Either way, my 48 years of being a City fan have never been as enjoyable as the last five.

correct , they have not got the invention or craft to open teams up , they will just lump it up to Lukatme and Bogbrush hoping for a knockdown, expect at least 20 draws for the Rags next season , they could be undefeated and mid-table , now that would be funny.
 
Had a look on redcafe and couple of them claiming Kompany is over rated. Pisses me off when fans pass judgements on players they very rarely watch 90mins of week in week out. When Kompany is fit there is none his equal.

I really hope he stays fit. If you could get 38 games from him we'd genuinely walk this league - people will say it's not an easy league but he's that good.
