Like is said Evans is homegrown and could be 4th CB for quite awhile. Otamendi already had 1 foot out the door untill Kolarov left, Otamendi will be sold next year and there will be a new CB with Evans remaining homegrown 4th CB.

Now it is "news" people have a right to express their opinions as to whether it is a good idea or not, as have you. He doesn't improve our starting XI but he fills a big hole in our squad depth, our homegrown list and potentially our dressing room. And he could certainly improve Stones and Tosin.Not really.
