Financial dopers Manchester City (copyright Vinegar Face) not ruining football anymore then?
Perhaps that explains it I cannot find Qatar listed as having a double taxation agreement with UK but France has.

His name is tony attwood-wanker. His latest effort was to say that Etihad was near bankrupt and we would go down with them. Obsession. Scary. What the fuck is that that wanker from the Arsenal facebook page going to say now.Forget his name, but he`s the twat who condemns every City signing, our finances, how corrupt our Owner is and how the Gooners are the bees knees into how football clubs should be run.
Some fucker ask him what he thinks of Wengers views now.
Thats the twat KS,well done. His name is tony attwood-wanker. His latest effort was to say that Etihad was near bankrupt and we would go down with them. Obsession. Scary.
Either way, Neymar can't live in France and get paid tax free in Qatar.links
Absolutely.Mbappe and Neymar are resident in France for tax purposes so will be taxed on their worldwide income.
Reading between the lines he is saying that clubs work ways around it (not fair market value sponsorships etc) so it's pointless. I still think he's having a veiled dig at FFP being toothless.Oh so now it impacts the Arse Wenger doesn't like it? Shame.

UEFA's FFP doesn't put any specific limitation on wages as long as a club meets the break-even requirement. However the PL's own version (the Short-Term Cost Control Rules) only allows wages to be increased by a set amount unless any additional increase is fully funded by an increase in commercial/ticket income (but not TV money) or profits on player sales.wasnt it quoted early in the window that arsenal couldnt increase wages for ozil and sanchez due to ffp? poor wegner. fucked by the rules he so deperately wanted. boo fucking hoo

To paraphrase the late Harry Worth:Who gives a f*** what Wenger thinks. He's increasingly a bumbling idiot.
