He's far from being average. Good passer, very energetic ball winner. Can be Fernandinho's replacement.

I agree with meathunterrr and bigoscar always seemed average to me bar "that one goal" never given him a second thought after the final whistle can't imagine he is too high up on peps list. Does he have a work rate similar to fernandinho? Never really noticed but if not no way can he replace fernandinho, he is vital for us.

Always like Can for some reason. Thought he was a lot older than 23 tbh. Wouldn’t be upset if we picked him up. Def would prefer better too though ofc.

I watch almost every live game on tv, unless I am at city and miss one.I don't know how so many posters know so much about each player, and then say "don't watch the dippers much" or the like.
I certainly could not give a scouting report of him at the moment, but I started watching his performances tonight.

It's the Dipper connection that plasters on anything above bang average. If he played for anyone else he wouldn't appear on the radar as a key player!

Same as - maybe he's good on FIFA or something. He's certainly no Jonny Evans.

He's decent for German NT and Liverpool are inconsistent so no way im judging him solely on club performances playing alongside Henderson and Wijnaldum who are average at best, in a system which is too exposed.He's 23 and is wanted by Juventus, who are known for their defensive setup.

I personally would prefer Weigl or Milinkovic-Savic but on a free it looks to be a really good deal if Pep wants to work with him
