Haha best one yet,asked who the best player they've ever seen and Barclay says Maradona,Law says Messi and Rudd had a think then comes out with Litmanen when he was at Liverpool, unbelievable Jeff.

I think the others were quite stunned by her answer, and Ashton even said "when he was at Ajax?"

I saw Litmanen when Liverpool beat us 4-2 in the FA Cup years ago and he was a classy player , I just don't believe she actually thinks that, she just wants to appear to be thinking differently. That or she actually hasn't see that much live football.

I suppose it was refreshing that she didn't say Gerrard at least.

City players apart who would yours be? Obviously Messi is the best player but I would say I have seen better performances live by other players such as Henry, Dumitrescu, Berbatov, Waddle etc.

She’s a bitter Liverpool supporter and she hates city that much she want the scum to win even though she is a Liverpool supporter that’s bitter to another level.

To be fair she does have huge insight and i don’t feel she is being given enough credit for that. She was asked for her predictions at the start of the season and she is spookily accurate so far.
Top 4: Spurs, Chelsea, Rags, Arsenal
First manager to be sacked: Marco Silva
Watford, Huddersfield and Swansea relegated.
Champions League winners: Dippers (presumably they’re not in the top 4 so they could concentrate on this). Technically she might be right with this one!
Europa League: Everton!

Given this evidence it seems entirely reasonable that people get cross when she says anything anti-City. Or, just maybe, we should rejoice in her views, as she clearly knows absolutely nothing.
 
I can't believe so many journalists didn't see Emile Heskey's debut for england live. They must have been busy that day.

Best City performance from an individual I've seen live must be Weaver against Ipswich(?). Best opposition player I've seen was Evra's debut - certainly the one I enjoyed the most
 
I don't think she was too bad today (although I've missed the Ibrahimovic comment somehow).
She said she'd prefer to play for Mourinho because when you're in, you can coast, while Guardiola would demand more. Not that he's a better manager.

Probably Ronaldo although he didnt really rip us apart in a derby or for madrid.
Henry would be close, he was unplayable.

I wouldnt mind if she wasnt so bitter towards us but it clouds her judgement so much its laughable.

That goal where he dragged it down over his shoulder and without breaking stride put it in the corner was a thing of beauty.

I was at the Croatia England game at Euro 2004 and Christ, we thought Rooney was going to go on to be something really extraordinary.
