Anthony Taylor has been appointed referee for the Carabao Cup semi-final first leg between Manchester City and Bristol City next Tuesday.

He wasn't too bad, I have to say, at the last game he did - can't remember which - but it was a chalk 'n cheese performance compared to the fiasco over which he officiated versus CFC. The trouble with these refs is yer never know which version is gonna turn up.
I didn't really understand why we had a ref from Gtr Manchester last night playing a London team. It might be an attempt by PiGMOL to demonstrate that these guys are whiter than white whistling wankers.

I will be kind and say he certainly let the game flow in the first half as he let foul after foul go.

He improved slightly second half but when both De Bruyne and aguero scored I was expecting him to blow up for non existent fouls ..

Decent performance of the ref. Missed a few things but was spot on with the penalty and did not impact on the game.

Could have done Sterling for a high boot on 80' giving them a decent free kick for BC.
Could have given some fouls in first half but got the major decisions right. To suggest it was a bent performance is idiotic.

Taylor as per gave us nowt first half, and though fairer in second but was blatent at times with turning a bli d eye to shirt pulling and shoves in the back
