Not sure knowing some Spanish will matter. I'd guess they likely speak Basque at Bilbao.except aymeric doesn't know english but at least Stones knows 'some' spanish haha

Likely because Guardiola blamed the Mendy injury on his inability to play Sergio & Jesus together. Saying he could play 3 at the back.
For the record, I think we play much better with a 4. 3 fit senior centre halves are certainly needed.
I am sure we can find a bit more down the back of the sofa to see this one over the line.See Neville telling the rags to gazump us. Let’s hope there is enough in the account :)
I agree. It is nice to have options but given that 95% of the Prem dont try to attack us, I dont think we need to play 3 CBs. If we did want to go down that road on a regular basis, we would need to buy at least one more top-class CB in addition to Laporte. You cant play 3 CBs every week, if you only have 3 (consistently fit/good) in the squad.

He's utstandng. Grest timing. Can play the ball out. Perfect pep player. I have banged his drum for ages and was gutted when the last deal fell thtough.
Buzzing now.
Personally I don't think that was the case. We wanted him since last summer and were close to getting him this transfer window, but Alexis and his agent got greedy so we told them to F-off. It's clear he chose money over trophies, and I blame him considering he isn't getting any younger so he might aswell get a big pay check.
Me bad...brain fart...he clearly is right footed
Hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa.Bloody hell mate my sincere apologies as that should have gone to Tevez City and not you ref the question as to why he didn`t like him.
Too much Guinness last night I`m afraid.
Sincere apologies again.K76

That's Damocles point. We could have paid Sanchez exactly what the rags did, or more, and he'd be a City player. The reason he isn't is because we chose not too, not because we could no longer afford the deal.

Cheers K.Ah that explains it, apology accepted pal. Bill has given me a run down on him which sounds promising.
Top post mate, while the rags are throwing money about in a panic for a striiker they never needed lol
