Yes, their revenue projections are flat for this year at least. Commercial revenue hasn't changed for the last couple years and isn't likely to change much for the next few either.I thought their revenue had hit a roof and was basically at a standstill.

If they are not allowed to spend what they want they'll tell Sky & BT to stick their money in the next round of negotiations. They are probably the only PL club who can earn more by owning the rights to their own games than what Sky & BT are willing to pay.

Ibrahimovic has gone and I imagine he would have been on more or less the same as Sanchez - so that’s neutral
I can see Pogba being sold and De Gea seems a bit of whimp so he won’t be getting a pay rise. He’s had plenty of opportunities to try and get out of there but has never done enough and I ant see that changing
Shaw, Martial, and Carrick will probably all be off also so there’s another £250k a week saved
