No because Liverpool are already in a Champions' League spot and a fifth team can qualify if it wins the Europa.

And the redevelopment of one of old trafford's stands, which just happened to coincide with the 1966 World cup, half the money came from Government grants and loans (about a third of the total cost was gifted in grants)

Is it right, as my late grandad always insisted, that City also loaned them £80 grand, A fortune back then, (A penny of which, as far as I’m aware, has not, as yet, been repaid) towards the rebuild, on the proviso that they’d pay us back once their situation improved?

If the latter then fair enough... but that then poses the question, who watches somebody else watching the match? It's not like the game is shown in the top corner or something... just a dull prick who's in a shite tracky top spouting complete bollocks!
