Football Leaks revealing/confirming that Sanchez earns a hair under £400,000 per week.

Add that to his 8 figure signing on bonus and you get...a poor investment of about £100m over the 5 years.
Feck me talk about dodging a bullet
Jose Mourinho's desperation to gazump Pep Guardiola in the hot pursuit of Alexis Sanchez saw Manchester United commit to a £6.7million signing-on fee to the Chilean on top of £391,000-a-week pay, it can be revealed.

The figures, reveal that Sanchez's basic £20.35m a year in wages and marketing rights — dependent on Champions League qualification, which United have secured — is supplemented by £75,000 for every game he starts, as well as a £1.1m annual signing-on fee.
Manchester United committed to pay Alexis Sanchez £5m in bonuses on top of his £391,000-a-week salary in order to sign him from Arsenal ahead of Manchester City in January

There will be another £2m if he reaches a combination of 40 goals and assists in a season, £1m if United win the Champions League and £500,000 if they win the Premier League. Potentially, Sanchez can earn £25m a year.

he'll be lucky to score 4 goals never mind 40 so the 2 millions safe..

And if anyone says that the premier league isn't a strong league, look at the managers of the next five clubs

Mourinho
Klopp
Potettino
Conte
Wenger

All supposedly world class managers

This is one of the facts that will age incredibly well. When discussing the best PL teams our points will always be against the backdrop of, whatever you personally think, a selection of the best managers in Europe in a league with a pretty genuine top 5/6, and a fuck ton of money for everyone else.

Rag mate stated to me that he won't recognise us as champions until we win it twice on the bounce!
Talk about hurting.
I said, well what will happen when you turn up next season and see 'Welcome to the home of the champions' over our front door?
"You won't put that up will you?"
Hilario

Seeing Crazy Sandra/Brent/Mark Goldbridge saying that McTominay reminds him of Steffen Effenberg is Comedy gold ! Even better this morning is seeing them celebrating the clean sheet last night so De Gea won the golden glove award! Small time *****
Well I can see it, tall, slim, fair hair, male, er, er ?

They make it up as they go along. One told me that you arent proper champs unless you piss the league rather than win it last day (like the previous 2 tomes we won it).
Reminded him of that and now its a shit league and we shouldnt get too excited, as we didnt ‘win it’ but rather others ‘didnt win it’.

Glad it hurts

I can't quite recall, but did Effenberg ever offer up those immortal lines, 'Ave it!' when executing a passing shot?
It was around the start of the grunting era I believe.
