Milner is a good example and a lot of city fans couldn’t work out his worth either, same with Barry.

I rated Milner though... with Henderson I struggle to find things he's good at that warrants his selection. Is Henderson the best tackler? Not in my book, does he hold the ball well? Does he pick out the right passes? Does he start many attacks?

His positioning is good and his work rate but compare with any other top national teams in the same position both he and Dier fall well short of the standard in just about every department. I suppose we just have to make do with what we have though.

His goals record now being 3 goals in how many performances ?

He is obviously carrying the hopes of England's WC success now.

Yeah it's what i'd do. Sterling on for one of the midfield 3 (not Delph he's been great) and Kane on for Vardy.

Get Rashford, Sterling and Kane on the pitch together.

Rashford needs to learn just cos you beat someone with some skill once doesn't mean you need to try every single time.

You can't say that about Barry.
Everyone I know knew his worth to the team.
However Milner, whilst a great and honest pro lacked the ability to take his game to the next level or have the skill to open up teams like others can. He was a workhorse but you need more than that in the highest level games, and he was frustrating then, unless he was expected to be the workhorse and nothing else.
