But is correct, trump has stopped military exercises with SK, kim has said he will denuclearise, eventualy.
Trumps.is all about ego, and Kim has spent the last couple of months tapping away at it and letting trumps ego go into overdrive with his rocket man nonsense, and then being Kim compliant, makes trump feel victorious while not actually gaining anything.
No suprise Kim has had 3 meeting with Xi in this time, China are happy to have NK stop arse-ing about with nukes and winding up SK and Japan, and are more than happy for the US to stop military exercises on the Korean penisular.
A great spectacle, and both can go jome claiming to be great leaders, but not much has changed really.

He won’t be impeached. It will be the corruption that does for him but he will leave office via the ballot box or the two term rule. Corruption will be his lasting legacy and the removal of Presidential powers and their scope for future office holders. Trade tariffs are a Congress matter and they will revert back. Foreign policy will have limitations or more Congressional oversight. Sanctions on Russia have already been taken out of his remit.
In my opinion Trump will unintentionally redefine the Presidency and probably for the better.

So making peace with North Korea isn’t a good thing? It’s been a big talking point for tens of years now, and now Korean Peninsula seems the safest since fuck knows when. The so called trade war has had no effect on anything, so how can you criticise him for that? Trump is great at insulting and pissing off people, he’s just a bellend.

I agree he won't be, or he might be, but not convicted. The mid-terms will have some say in that. The open question continues to be who carries the mantle for Democrats in 2020. I think a progressive is a potential losing proposition. But no one expected Carter to win the nomination in 1976 either -- he was an enormous dark horse (and probably the most decent man that's been in the White House over many decades, his limp foreign policy and macroeconomic headaches -- some inherited -- aside).
I still think there's a reasonable chance Trump decides not to run again in 2020. He'll be 74. He's bored out of his skull. He'll love the idea of retiring undefeated. He'd place the crown on Pence's head, or maybe Dennis Rodman's. Of course, day one out of the WH his wife is filing for divorce, so to put off that settlement, maybe he'd want to hang in for another four years.

Welcome back Damocles. Thought trump was arvellous today watching the news. Straight and said it may work it may not but he is being transparent. Those that knock him are wrong on this one. It was a historic day.
