Yeah i remember the easy start on paper. It was hillarious watching some of the Mourinho fanbois going on about how they were going to win the premier league, while everyone else sat back and waited for the melt downs as soon as they were through their easy early run.

D) that they hadn’t played anyone in the current top 12 let alone top 6, at about game 7/8, and iirc that they’d scraped a draw with someone in 10th.

However I do concede that the rest of the ‘big’ teams strived to shoot themselves in the foot on a regular basis, so aiding their incredible imo 2nd place.

That's why your name is familiar! You were on there? Still there or have they banned you for fuffling feathers? Ronetta and a few long time city posters got banned for literally saying nothing.
Everyone on that board went ballistic the moment they went out against Seville while we started to pull apart, on the way to shattering a myriad of top flight records. Any post talking about City's achievements were met with hysterical cries about "money" "oil money" "doesn't mean anything" etc.

Some of the long term Liverpool fans were banned for innocuous comments as well. Used to be a decent forum,imo. Turning more into the United rawk, recently.
