Regarding recent comments about players who were snatched from us by the rags,
what about this?
Fergiescum absolutely adored a certain player, and the player knew.
The rags were far more successful than us at the time and could pay a bigger salary to him than we could.
Yet that player chose to play for us.
I still don't understand quite why, but by some miracle he did.
The player's name - DAVID SILVA.

That is a very good observation - very subtle but sly in my opinion. The sky blue is a lot more immediately identifiable (if that is the correct term?).

I'm sure someone will come on to rationally explain why this isn't the case in due course.....

I think the clever thing they’ve done here is not ask the question if there is now a top 6, but seem to suggest the notion of a top 6 is already established.....
