What colour is Manchester City blue?

Not easy as pics have shadows on shirts and there are lines on it with different shades of blue but here are some values I got:

Ok, at first glance this looks a very stupid question, sky blue of course! But when you actually think about it - What colour actually is Manchester City blue? In the behind the scenes video from the OS on the making of the kits, one of the things the guy said was that they spent a long time on deciding the colour for the home shirt, and that when they eventually showed it to people they automaticaly said "that's Manchester City blue!". So my question is, if you were to go into a printers, or a paint mixers, or into photoshop and started playing with the infinate combinations of reds, yellows, blues blacks and whites in the settings, what actually is Manchester City blue?

we could play in pink does not matter ??? hold on a minute united away fuck that hahaha we could not play in any colour that the scum claim to be there club colours

question should be why don't we have a kit setup colour that we never change like blue shirt and white shorts, ok kit designs wise we could change but a block pattern should be always kept, even the shirt collar should be white much like arsenal with there kit and sleeves, right moan over hahahahah

Are you okay?
 
Looking outside, a nice sunny day and the sky is exactly the colour our shirt should be. Add it to some white and maroon and they are the only colours we need ever use on the home kit at least.
 
Saved a report of the first match I saw, it says "Manchester City neatly attired in sky blue jerseys, Newcastle looking dour and grim in black & white." (1955.)
So, sky blue. And white shorts, always.
 
Originally, Ardwick/Manchester City wore Cambridge Blue shirts and white shorts. This is a greenish blue.

But for most of the clubs history various flavours of Sky Blue shirts and White shorts have been worn.

Only only exception being the Laser Blue years

Socks have generally been the same colour as the shirts but with White/Navy Blue/Maroon tops. But occasionally the Navy Blue or Maroon has taken over as the main sock colour.

Generally the tones change from manufacturer to manufacturer though occasionally it changes from season to season to differentiate the shirt from the previous one. Sometimes the shirt has two tones mixed as a pattern (see 5-1 Maine Road derby victory for example) or this years as the voice recording on the sleeve.

Didn't we start out when Saint Marks in a black kit with a big crusader style crusafix as a badge?

I think St Mark’s kit was maroon and black halves and Gorton FC’s kit was the black kit with white cross.
