I listened to 5 live podcast on Saturday with Savage & Mohammed;



Started off with very moving tribute about Leicester Chairman & how he was the best Chairman you could have because he did so much for the community not just the football club.



Then a few Geordie callers about Mike Ashley and how he’s ruining their club.



Everybody who called in then agreed Vichai was great & Ashley is a tw&t but soon when discussing about Euro Super League it was all down to the disgusting foreign owners who are only in it for the money. Now if I’m right Vichai is foreign & Ashley is English yet never was this point brought up by anyone.



Then they were trying to bait the callers to call in about how bad Euro Super League could be, trying every tactic they could to get the callers in but the most obvious thing was they must have mentioned City about 50 times, every time they were talking about it they said City never the other premier league clubs, constantly City, PSG & Real Madrid. It was this sub conscious thing of City ruining football. Now personally I’m not arsed & I could tell that Savage & Mohammed aren’t too arsed but they are certainly turning the show into Talk Sport.



Next day listened to Sunday supplement Podcast, same Euro subject but quite clearly didn’t have an agenda of laying it on Man City.

The DT this morning are full of praise for once. Ducker lets the cat out of the bag though and makes a mention of the traffic congestion on the M25. As Raggy Northern Footy Hack for the DT I would have thought he would have said M62.

Also on the weekend that Nikki Parris becomes the all-time leading goalscorer in the Women's Super League, and Arse Women are still top, the DT finds a substantial space for only one match from women's football this weekend - they've dug out one from the Championship (that's Div 2 for the uninitiated)! MANUre Slaaaaaairgs v Haringey Women.
