There are some players that heal really quickly and thank God Kev is one of them. By contrast I remember having a chat with one of the medical staff a few years ago about Danny Mills, he was the complete opposite - he refused to play even if the scans and tests said there was nothing wrong with him. BTW I secretly was very happy that he wouldn't declare himself fit. Kev will have a major impact on our season as usual, this time having had a break, which must be a scary proposition for our challengers.

Do they wish they’d given them a spa day if they get injured in training. De Bruyne, Delph & Otamendi have all been injured in training.

I think this has been clever by City (or down right under hand and we should be banned), announcing 4-6 weeks precludes the internationals, when in reality 2-3 weeks and he gets selected. He'll be 'back in training' just as the final internationals are played so back the following weekend, I've thought this right from the injury occurring.

Kev is an absolute natural competitor - a thoroughbred racehorse. He's got to be pissed off at missing all this good stuff that's going on. He virtually hasn't had a season so far. My sole slight worry, in fact, is that he might be so eager to get back that he won't quite be telling the truth to Pep and the physios about pain and how good/bad he's feeling.
Honestly, I'd be fine about him coming back for Chelsea. That is our last away match against our serious competitors, for the season. We win that, we're in the driving seat. And he may say what he likes to play it down, I think KDB especially likes to win at the Bridge.

Apparently back well in time for the Chelsea game , but will he get back in the team :) Actually i believe KDB 's unfortunate injuries will work to our advantage , he will be fresh for the rest of the season , whilst the oppositions star players like Hazard , Kane , Salah will be tiring next year. The downside he will probably miss out on Player of the season again , because Merlin has got it in the bag.

we are in as much the opposition will plan for him, that then opens doors and space for others to exploit. the other thing is getting a shirt in our squad is some task, if he's on the bench waiting to return watch our already incredible players perform even higher.

Its a fair question and you would have to say that up to now, no. Bernardo has been sensational and I think a prolonged stint in that role has been invaluable to him.
What we do get though is a fresh pair of legs at the busiest part of the season. The ability to rotate between him, silva and silva is priceless. No other team has the depth of quality we have.
