Spurs’ new stadium

Initially, yes. But they have since been given dispensation to play further games at Wembley. If there comes a point that they are told that they must either stay at Wembley for the remainder of the season or move to the new stadium with immediate effect, and if they then refuse to or are unable to comply with that order, only then will they be in breach of any rule and special dispensation.
Yes, but once they play at the new stadium this season it creates an unlevel playing field.

Perhaps. But, thankfully, it's not as if Spurs have unexpectedly dropped points at home thus far as a consequence of playing at Wembley rather than new WHL.

Regardless, so long as Spurs don't play home games at a stadium for which they don't have permission then, to get back to your original point, they cannot be docked points.

Actually, PL and FA rules are quite strict about using only one home ground, which was my point.

have you got a plan in place to defend tomorrows attendance bud ?
on the ticket planner the place is empty :-)

Think I've already explained that Spurs fans are sick of Wembley and the mismanagement of ticket rearrangements. Not wholly unlike City fans staying away from CL games because of their contempt for UEFA.

It is wholly unlike. Your moan is with your club and it's ticket arrangements.
Ours is with a bent, self appointed and self serving football administrator.

The rules are designed to prevent clubs from cherry picking games to play at a bigger stadium. Clearly that is not what is happening in this instance. These are special circumstances so Spurs have special dispensation.

Think we're going round in circles now, mate!

Rules are rules mate, once spurs leave Wembley it's open to challenge.

It is similar in so far as fans are voting with their feet. In neither case are the attendances a true reflection of the support that each club has.

Yes, that is very possible. But in that event, and if the challenge is upheld, Spurs can only be ordered to play their remaining games at Wembley. They can't be docked points.

True, unless they've already played at the new WHL.

True, unless they've already played at the new WHL.

A challenge would need to come before Spurs played at the New WHL to have any realistic chance of success.

Who would do that? Liverpool maybe? Chelsea? West Ham? They are the only clubs bitter enough to do that

Harry Kane nowhere to be seen apart from his head poking out of the centre half's back pocket.
Spurs were utterly shit 2nd half. Completely bottled it.
