Yeah I know, it was tongue in cheek. Not Fifa. Mahrez wouldn’t go back. I’d doubt we could get anyone to buy him and I highly doubt he would want to leave a top 5 club in the world.

I don't think so. Would prefer Tierney, myself. If you put Tierney in this team with Pep's coaching I think in a short couple of years he'd be one of the best left backs in the league. Way more pace than Chillwell too.Is this lad better than Tierney?
Totally agree, and Gaya Cresswell and Grimaldo are also better and probably cheaper, but i think we should keep an eye on how Henry copes after his injury and the lad at Bristol city do over the rest of the season as i think both will be better than Chilwell in timeI don't think so. Any guess what Celtic would quote Tierney at?
RB, LB & HM should all be home
The Fee for overseas players has now been blown out of the water by Barca, PSG & Liverpool & Chelsea with their keeper transfers.
Go get Chillwell & Rice with the kid at Pallace for the RB role.
Ndombele like FDJ will cost North of 65m far to much.
English is way fwd
Rice would be £60 mill,RB, LB & HM should all be home

Bridge was never committed to the move here,he was almost pushed into it.It very much showed in his performances,he lacked character and he didnt give a fuck (hence JT showing him how....)I have a horrible feeling Chilwell would be our new Wayne Bridge. I have little to back that up but he reminds me of a young WB whenever I see him and look how that worked out. I remember seeing Bridge against us at the Dell - he was excellent but I also recall the one footed, Mr Invisible who showed up at the Etihad.
Looks like an average player to me whom will command an over inflated price.
Looks solid & nothing more with an occasional good crosser of the ball & seems to lose the ball far too often for my liking in dangerous parts of the park.
Good, nothing great.
You are really strange. Then he is destined to sign for City for +50 m
To be fair to Chilwell, "solid and nothing more" and "good, nothing great" is about where you'd expect a 22-year-old defender to be if they've only been playing regularly for eighteen months. Who's better in his age range when fully fit? Mendy? Shaw? Robertson? We already have Mendy, Shaw and Robertson would never come here. In terms of Premier League quality full-backs that leaves us out of options. Looking into mainland European leagues is an option, especially with players like Hernandez and Grimaldo available for the right price, but how likely are we to find a young, homegrown talent that's willing to rotate at the rate our defenders do? A good, young full-back will cost upwards of £40m in this market and I'd rather spend that on someone who can allow us to buy foreign players in other positions. If we were in a place where we could play fast and loose with homegrown quotas then I'd agree that we need better options than Chilwell, but unless we sell Mendy and Zinchenko this summer I don't see us going after anyone else.Looks like an average player to me whom will command an over inflated price.

Who the fuck needs Pep when you could have Brendan Fucking Rodgers?
Thank God for that, he's not good enough.
