You don't believe that shite do you?

Someone show him the letter to Scudamore on Arsenal headed paper.
Well I'm all for competitiveness. What is the point of football if it's the same clubs challenging all of the time?

Sure and United, Arse, Chelsea, Spurs are behind this petition again. But 12 teams at least thats quite a lot. They all hate us with passion. They really do. Fair play to those who didnt join sure United, Pool CEO's tried to get everyone all 19 of them.

Timing is horrible tho, next few weeks, months exactly the run in of the season, big CL games, crucial PL games and this bad air of potential cheating and getting banned or points deducted in PL will be above the club. Uefa waited long weeks since the first Spiegel articles to come out with the start of investigation right today.

Same with the Pl clubs petition they had time to come up with it they do 9 games before to go with Pool 1 point behind.

I'm a United supporter so it wouldn't bother me to be called a rag. But I can see how that must hurt if you really are a genuine City fan.

Haha. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. It was the other gutter adjective he used that I really objected to

City’s statement states allegations of financial irregularities are false... and further imply they conform to all legal procedures. In other words, the club has done nothing illegally regarding its financial reporting. Very different from stating we have not circumvented FFP regs.
What does circumvent mean in a non legal sense?

Tuesday could be fun, they'll have to turn the speakers up to 11 when they play that silly tune to drown out the boos.If they then try to fuck us over like they did in the first leg with two pens and a red, then it could be a real circle the wagons moment where the club and fans take on the bent twats big time.

Imagine if we win the quad and then UEFA say there’s no wrong doing? Utd finish 5th Liverpool 2nd. If Carlsberg did seasons...

United supporter here. I seriously doubt if United are part and parcel of this cowardly conspiracy.
We have always prided ourselves on welcoming competition and beating the new challengers. Unless of course it may be Woodward who is behind it over the inflation of the transfer market.
But it's just not the United way. Could b Liverpool though, They were fuming when Chelsea starting winning after Abramovic and Mourinho rode into town.

I can't wait for Khaldoon to take these to the cleaners, then after hes done that start an Abu Dhabi international. Same format as CL but winner takes 500mil euros. Lets see which clubs all of a sudden have morals and back UEFA.

I`m sorry but you are very naive if you think your Club are the bastions of football honesty !!

You're talking shite, your club don't welcome competition at all, you might personally, but you're not the club.

Gill is as bent as could possibly be as far as we're concerned, and has never hid it (apart from to you). He is the epitome of "conflict of interest" in football.

The reality is that any UEFA process is purely a 'quango' facility rather than being able to enforce the 'law'. If UEFA attempt to enforce any ban, then City will undoubtedly take them to court on the basis that the UEFA decision would have been based on an illegal hack and in any formal court of law, would be entirely inadmisable (spelling?). City make clear on their statement that the emails that have been quoted entirely out of context and irrespective of what those emails might imply what might happen, does not necessarily mean it ended up happening. And UEFA will find it impossible to factually prove anything.
But as UEFA are not a court and therefore will come to their decision based on a bunch of UEFA members sitting around a table and talking shite

Sounds like a great recipe for getting sued into oblivion.

The question is wrong pal. I’m not arsed about playing semantics. You can circumvent such obstacles without doing anything illegally, but you know that. Read the club statement again. The crux of it suggests the published accounts meet all legal standards. And I’m sure that’s correct.

City will establish over what period they want to investigate. I strongly suspect the club will keep referring back to the published accounts and refuse to co-operate in anything alleged from stolen / hacked and out of context emails. They will point to the Galatasaray CAS ruling about re-opening an old case and leave UEFA to draw some conclusions and take it from theRE

You may believe that, but the club you support doesn't.
Maybe I'm being gullable, if that's the right word, but Ferguson said over and over again he welcomed new challengers, whether that was Chelsea or yourselves he loved a good battle for supremacy.
That's just in his romantic fighting nature I guess.
You're probably right though, the suits will most likely take a more pragmatic view, focusing more on money and wanting to dominate without too much competition.
