Regards actual possibility of punishment, A, we’ve already been punished. B, if they’re looking for different avenues to punish us, AC Milan failed miserably and nothing happened.

We’ve basically been accused of breaking rules that don’t exist anymore. Based on emails hacked by a criminal.

You can bet your life, ADUG will not take this lying down and UEFA will not want that fight.

I fully expect UEFA o cover their own arses by saying something like ‘after recent investigations, we find Manchester City have complied with our rules. However we are concerned with issues surrounding related party investment, but due to privacy laws we are unable to confirm any wrong doing. We have warned Manchester City that all future deals will be subject to investigation.’

One look at Trump in the White House proves that lies can carry any day. If I were our owners, I’d pull funding from the various Western institutions they support, cosy on up to Putin, and let Merkel and the Maybot know the reason why. From reading about this previously I believe that UEFA changed the goal posts on FFP which meant we were punished and that whatever City did (relating to these hacked emails) wouldn't impact on the fact we missed the target and were fined.

So I guess false reporting could carry additional punishment, if it is true, but that is all they can get us for. Surely the hacked emails are inadmissable anyway? I would imagine the club would continue to work with UEFA even if it meant another fine. But anything like a ban from Europe would be fought through the courts and with our legal might, UEFA would end up embarrassed.
