Why we will win the league!

I'd normally agree, but we've barely had him all season, and when we have, he's not been in great form until the last couple of games, I'm not as concerned as I would normally be.

Excellent point.

Why would anyone give a singular fuck about who wins 'player of the year'? If the dippers win the league it'll go to one of their players. If they don't it'll go to one of their players. Its significance is the square-root of fuck all. Let's just polish our fucking trophies in front of the ****s.

Totally agree, I hope their players come 1st 2nd & 3rd whilst we walk away with the title, will show the award up for what it is, still probably warrant a parade though.

True. Could do with Silva picking a bit of form up though. He was excellent pre Xmas but not so good since. Bloody hair transplant, it must be!!!

I don't think David has been that bad, I think he's been asked to do a different, more containing job.

I think Gundogan has picked up a lot of the strain though, he had a shit first 20 minutes on Wednesday, I think the "chaos" game we set out playing was the cause of that, but after that, and today for the most part, in 2 different roles in both games, he's been very steady.

People keep saying "this is the game Liverpool drop points" but they keep on winning and they'll win their remaining games.
If we knew at the start of the season that we had to win 4 games against, Man Utd, Leicester, Burnley and Brighton to win the league we'd have been over the moon.
We're going to do it , that is not a fixture list that should fill anyone with fear.
Yes, it wont be easy but i believe we'll do it

That's more out of hope, than anything else. We can and should win our remaining fixtures.

If we knew this in August and that we would be in this position pretty much without KDB for the season we'd have taken it in a flash.

Come on guys, let's be honest, we never expected they'll be as close to us as they are. Not after the last year. I knew they would be some threat as they bought good, but not the threat of this kind. Never expected them to win so many points.

i think maybe their is another twist somewhere in this, Liverpool possibly dropping points at Newcastle and us maybe just not focusing 100% in any one of the remaining,,its so easy to say just win the next 4 but its going to be hard,,i''l be much more happy on Sunday if we have come out of the two games with 2 wins

Oh, it wont be easy on the nerves but i believe the best side of any particular season always win the league.
I think City are the best side but Liverpool aren't far behind us, i hate the c**** but i have to admit they've been brilliant so far this season.

Don't think in our wildest dreams they would get as many leg ups, if it wasn't going for them.

They are only there because 4/5 goalies have literally thrown it in the net, they have been diving and the refs giving them pens, aded to that if we hadn't have had a bad run in sept we would be way ahead
