Why we will win the league!

Agree, if Leicester was pushing against relegation or for something like Europe then fair enough but they'll come to take chances on the break but that will be it.

They aren't a defensive side and if we can contain Vardy on the break then I don't really see where the threat will come from, we put 5 past them at home last year and without Mahrez they aren't a better team.

The bank holiday should work in our favour too because everyone will of had the day off and probably had a few in anticipation so we should get a fantastic atmosphere.

I've seen two excellent teams play against us at our place (Spurs twice and Liverpool) and both had more than something to play for and we beat them both.

Sadly they're full of injuries as well.

The game could turn in which Shelby turns up, the one with dips in his heart or the one to prove a point.
 
If Wolves beat the already relegated Fulham at the weekend this would leave Leicester 6 points adrift of the last European place with only 6 points left to play for. We then go at them right from the start and get a 2-0/3-0 lead at which point the give up the ghost and we see the game out nice and easy. This after Newcastle have snatched a late victory at the weekend due to Liverpool's tired legs chasing Barcelona in vein during a 3-0 defeat at the Nou Camp. We are the champions. I think they now have the harder fixtures. Newcastle will not be easy for them particularly if it is a hard match in Barcelona. Very little time for preparation and I think the crowd and the players if not the manager of the home side will be up for it. A second midweek match in Europe will make the final game against a good Wolves team equally tough. In my opinion they are far more likely to drop points then we are particularly if Brighton are safe or nearly safe when we go there.

In how many of those previous 8 home games did they concede 2 penalties and go down to 10 men in the first 15 minutes?

Surely Aguero wouldn't be your first choice? Jimenez has been brilliant this year.

But the whole hype of the lead changing hands is pretty much a false one over recent weeks because of scheduling playing us on different days and the media drumming up the lead swapping situation. At the end of each week we have been top and they have been second. I'm just an old fart , but years ago when all teams played on the same day and kicked off at the same time , the headlines would have been, City stay on top, Liverpool fail to close the gap again.
