Raphael Guierreiro is someone i haven't heard being linked with us before. Could be a great addition going forward given that he often plays a winger role for Dortmund.

Did pep not say wanted more UK players? If brexit happens I’m sure FA have said they will have final say on approval of overseas players as they want to encourage more home grown.Pretty sure we need same number of people in and out UK and foreign.

Would Tierney also fit the bill? He's decent ( better than decent imo) and Manx/Scottish. He, I'm assuming since he travels internationally, holds a British passport.
So on based on reasonable sources : Fernandes ( Various) , Felix ( various , sky sports today ) , Rodri ( various , telegraph today) . More than 200m incoming depending how much the most expensive Felix comes for.
Out : Otamendi ( Athletico) , Delph , Bravo , Danilo ( Inter) , Gundogan. Approx 80-100m . outgoing
That would be more than 100- 120m NET easily. Of course , if we are selling sane , then we have enough buy a Class CB to cover for Otamendi / Kompany
All in all hope it's a busy summer !

If we are anticipating a transfer ban for 2 windows after this summer we will have to replace Kompany, Fernandinho, Silva, Gundogan, Otamendi, Bravo and Delph. That means an awful lot of forward planning is needed.
