Interesting that the club have started shooting promo photos and videos with purple lighting, though — foreshadowing the colour on the home shirt next season (likely not a breach of the Nike contract)?

So it's the 2019 malmo kit but so no one says they are generic they have changed the white sleeve stripe to purple?

Not that minor, I’m afraid.

Purple will be very prominant (and ugly) regardless if it is just on the end of the sleeve or on the shoulder.

Worse if it is both.

Well done putting this together.

I was going to like your post (to show appreciation for your work) but I don’t want to give the impression that is not one of the most egregious abuses of human eyes I have ever witnessed (if this is what Puma is giving us, that is). ;-)

I really hope this is not an attempt by the club or Puma to force purple on to the home kit for seasons to come so as to represent “royalty”.

There will be some marketing **** about what “inspired” the shirt and what everything “represents”, there always is, but the word ‘royalty’ better not be mentioned (we aren’t the ****ing Dippers).
