The newer generation of British sports media are a strange breed aren’t they?
The way our club is written about these days generally concentrates on outside issues and done in a tone that allows other fans to rant and rave with a false sense of superiority.
Sadly we are painted as the villain so often that many of your average joes will lap it up and believe every negative article written.
The need for clicks has long since overtaken the need for balance and integrity.
These gobshites are only too well aware that many areas of their industry are dying so they resort to cheap and baiting nonsense disguised as serious investigative reporting.
It’ll only get worse with the next generation of journalists who have grown up with ‘ladbible’ and other wank sites that love the bantz.
Fuck them all the shit snivelling cockroach ****s.

McKenna accuses City's owners of being directly responsible for 50,000 deaths in Yemen. If his article is published and contains that outrageous libel he'll be toast. I reckon either his article will be so heavily watered down so it's just a pile of the usual bitter shite or it won't be published at all.

You have to assume that the lawyers will have cleared anything he publishes.

He's openly describing Khaldoon al-Mubarak as a war criminal.

This week has been worse than it’s ever been and for me should now put to bed any lingering doubt for those who believe there is no agenda.

Just to break it down. This is probably THE most successful week not just in our own history, but in English football.

What we have seen is a full on attack of the clubs integrity, it’s been defamed in a very public way and literally every single journo has got on the band wagon.

It’s outrageous jealousy that drives it all and this week it has gone past any form of return.

When our manager is speaking about it in a press conference. That’s the final fucking straw.

We seem to be the focus of his personal and professional crusade. Everything we do is evil, even if it is the same thing every other club does, just in a better way.

That is hilarious. The rags spending £52.7 million on Darmian, Schweinsteiger and Schneiderlin was "brilliant business" compared to City's "ludicrous" splurge on Sterling. Someone who does Twitter please remind John Dillon what a complete arse he is. Mystic Meg he certainly ain't.

It was Dillon that said we used David Silva's Son as a PR exercise and then backtracked the fucking odious rat!

If it's out there it's already been "published". He's damned.

I really wish we hadn't done that, pep looks pissed off having to do it,we can't win them round by being nice to them clearly,so oneword answers and ban the worst fuckers, get me a job in our PR team

Child killers eh? How old was the youngest victim of heysel?

He was 11 years old.

I’ve just put my 11 year old son to bed with a promise to wake him for kick off. (Australia)

They’ve never ever give a fck about this poor kid or the others & it should have been the greatest day of his life & he never returned. Imagine his mother hearing the news!

Scum of the earth!!!

This week has been somewhat of a nadir for me on Twitter. For me I'd recommend everybody staying on a City forum as opposed to talking with guys who have moral compases only when it suits them.

Is the correct answer. Hopefully we will win the treble today and then we should just enjoy that and ignore the bitter jealous ****s with their selective memories.

The problem is positive City stories don't generate clicks in the way negative stories do. We'll never get the praise we should for out footballing achievements.

We've fed the the ****s for a decade and been told our press will improve when we're successful on the pitch

You've got to say it's a policy that has been proven so right.
