Yes, but it's nicely contained in here and doesn't polute the rest of off topic so much. Same as confining the loons to the matchday threads and locking them after a game - basically containment and must make mods jobs easier , or at least less like that of community mental health nurses.

It's used freely on this forum mate even by mods who post.
So intend of complaining from the sidelines you need to get off your arse and persuade the mods to announce a forum ban on it's use.
