General transfer rumours

Lol was there? I haven't heard anything about it.
Interesting analysis on French players btw.

Dunno if it is true. According to Gallo, she prevented the people from leaving the plane when she saw some camera at the airport. She had asked no paparazzi presence. Paratici had to call her to explain it was Juventus official media.

Each to his own ;)

Dear god. Well there were a bunch of paparazzi at his medicals so she seems to have relented.
Apart from the fact that there's always Juve's official camera at the airport and no one else, why would it be a problem? It's not like it's top secret at that point.

Good luck with the mom !

I really wonder why he keeps her as his agent. I would be a little embarassed if I were him.
They have a special history to be honest.
When he was young, his father has suffered from locked-in syndrom. He is originally well-off but the father was the bread winner. The family members grew up even closer to each other in order to survive. The mother became very protective and involved in any matter regarding her son.

From the human side, i can totally understand that. It is just a bit weird how intrusive she is when it comes to football matters. She is said to call and talk to the coach, the president, the sporting director every time something is not going as she pleases. Juve is the right place to make a man out of this mamma boy.

I didn't know that, it's totally understandable that they're very close then.
Yeah, I was talking more about the fact that she's really overbearing on his football career as far as I heard.

Nah I was just sarcastic because the deal was closed months ago :)
I actually have no idea how he'll perform

Don't mention our home kit, everyone's wondering what the hell they drank to choose that design. Looks like a fucking jockey shirt from the Siena Palio, and no stripes in sight.
Yours on the other hand looks decent, Puma is a nice designer.

Reckon he'll be decent in a lesser league....

40 mill? I thought they wanted way more than that for him
They do, this is the Arsenal playbook. Bid way under what the other team wants, get rejected and then wait all summer and then announce they made bids but the market is shifted because of oil money and they cannot compete.

The bid for Zaha is a fucking embarrassment, if I was Palace I’d tell the Arse not to bother making another bid as I’d refuse to do business with them for the sheer audacity of the pathetic bid.

I know Palace are off their rocker in asking £100mil but come on, the guy is worth £70/80mil all day fucking long.

Arse should have at least made a bid of circa £55/60mil.

And there’s world class lesson in How to piss off a club that is one of the only willing sellers in a world where nobody sells because they don’t need the money. What an absolutely patertic bid from Arsenal. If I was the Palace board I’d be upping the asking price by £40 million just for Arsenal for that. It reminds me of the infamous £40 mill and a pound Suarez bid. A joke of an offer that doesn’t even begin to mask the “we tried” excuse they throw out without fail every season.
