no not at all. just logged in, asked me for payment info and then asked for the pairing code on the screen.
They will ask for this so its not being accessed at the same time by multiple people.

it did this with me, but i was using the same device.
All i did was press return and click on something else and it worked.
Only been 24 hours its been live dont worry :-)

Same for me, just as I'd finished episode 3 of 'Fight Till The End' - one way of building up the anticipation to watch the final episode I guess.
Wonder if we will win that fourth trophy??
I've emailed the support address about it, supposedly a 48hr response window - the help page on the site (https://www.mancity.com/tv-pairing-help) doesn't work either....

so everytime you come out of it then return to it later why do you have to put a new code in every time?
it did this with me, but i was using the same device.

Was going to watch us beat the dippers before doing out today.

Yes, the 4 part series and games from last season are premium, so part of the subscription
Worked fine last night but today not working.

Amazon Fire TV:
Got the old app and the new app installed on amazon fire tv (box not stick).
They are both called ‘Manchester City’, the old one is version 0.00 and the new one 1.02
Old app appears to be same as new one without the premium content (and same content as on website).
The weird thing is when you go into the old app it doesn’t tell you to upgrade to the new one, but the old one isn’t available in the search.
Perhaps they are waiting for us to report any bugs before version 0.00 doesn’t work any more.
BTW put ‘Manc’ in the search function and scroll down to Manchester City

For all those people moaning about LG TV’s.
New TV models come out all the time. As soon as you buy one, it’s already dated, as another better one will follow straightaway. TV’s are constantly improved, with new features added. I’ve just bought an LG OLED TV. See my picture’s. And the City TV tag/link was there. It took me 5 minutes to subscribe. Like most people I go through TV’s constantly. That’s the only way anyone can keep up with them and what they offer. Larger size screen, better picture quality, better features, etc. It’s not LG’s fault if you have an older LG TV that doesn’t support the City TV Channel. There must be other ways around it for those people.
Maybe a tv software upgrade is needed. Don’t have LG but try menu or settings or setup or something like that. (Or read the manual)
Find the software settings and get it to search for the newest version.
I have a Panasonic smart tv, apps are based on their own IPTV and there’s only the big corporate stuff and a few more apps available. Now that IS worth a whinge

In what way is that? I have both an early Amazon stick and an early Roku stick. The Roku has Now TV but Firestick doesn't, which is the only reason I bought it tbh, but I use it more than the Firestick because everything comes with Amazon and Netflix built in nowadays.Think I've answered my own question with a quick Google. My Firestick hasn't shipped yet so I was thinking of cancelling and ordering the Roku but it looks like it's been neutered since it's earlier days.
