Yes and close to it. Was in the Arch a few weeks ago its a right shit hole. As for the area, its a tough working class area, but not anywhere as bad as the media like to portray it here, I wouldnt live anywhere else but you have some the best people you could meet living alongside some of the biggest low lifes in Dublin unfortunatley.
