We are being used to test VAR,they keep saying they look at everything in real time which is a lie,it would be done much quicker if they did
 
didnt go to the game yesterday as i was working, my phone was on flashscores live update at 2-2 then 3-2, normally when this happens i will yelp out or mutter get the fuck in however this time was different i seen the 2 change to a 3 and thought ermmm we have scored but so what it will be corrected back to 2-2 in a minute, the passion has been sucked away and whats left is a feeling of distrust against the person/persons who are sat in front of a tv set making the final decision

I'm saying it's not conclusive, just like Sterling's offside vs West Ham. If it hit Laporte's arm then, fine it was handball because it lead to Jesus receiving the ball. But, where is the proof!?

In cricket, years ago they brought in technology which monitored sound waves to determine wether the ball hit the stump, everyone in the ground and those watching on TV knew what was going on. What angle was used by the VAR office to know for certain the ball hit Laporte's arms?

Why wasn't these two incidents reviewed by VAR? Rodri dragged to the ground and Rose held Aguero by using both of his hands to hold on to Kun's hand and stop his run. Same thing was done to Laporte in second half.

I know what the referees have said mate. I am not disputing that it hit his arm. I am saying that according to the rules of the game, that does not constitute handball.
The only one interpreting what happened yesterday as handball is the person that was checking the var. Not sure who that was or whether or not he is knowledgeable on the subject.

I totally agree, but unfortunately, like the Wolves goal, they are being disallowed for any handball in the lead up, rightly or wrongly.

Ref looking straight at it,why have monitors and have the guidelines that the refs don't use them,has anyone thought this through

"Any goal scored or created with the use of the hand or arm will be disallowed this season, even if it is accidental," says the Premier League.

Jesus' goal, technically, was created by the use of Laporte's arm, regardless of whether there was any intent.

The rule was changed after some high-profile goals were scored by the accidental use of a hand last season.

To give three Premier League examples:
Last August, Willy Boly scored for Wolves against Manchester City after the ball touched his arm.Alexandre Lacazette handled in the build-up to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's goal for Arsenal at Crystal Palace in October Sergio Aguero used his hand in scoring his third for Manchester City against Arsenal in February
 
Let's face it, it is painful but as long as it's consistent.

We are always going to get more reviews as we score more goals than anyone else and if we're not winning going into the last 10 minutes of a game, then we're definitely going to be in the opposition's penalty area.

Unfortunately we'll be a victim of our own success.

So is Law 12, extract:
  • holds an opponent
  • impedes an opponent with contact
Rodri and Aguero were fouled in the penatly area at the exact same time. Rodi bullet point 2 and Aguero bullet point 1 above. Where was VAR?

I just watched the Wolves goal , the ball stops after it hits Boly arm and falls in front of the goal scorer, I am not 100 % sure that in City case it touch Laporte arm the spurs player arm or booth. I know the rule but can the VAR people be 100% sure it hit Laporte arm to disallow the goal.

They don’t need to be. City score and it’s lets have a look at this to see if we can find anything. If you look hard enough you see what you want to see and don’t see anything that else.
