Is that true? Explains why my iPad never plays Netflix during the game.
Hook line and sinker mate, illegal in UK except for in prisons. (Not saying no-one has them though)

The development of Ancoats has helped greatly. There's the bars and eateries of Blossom Street and Cask by the canal is a great place to have a jar and is about half way between the ground and town. Though I still miss the Bank of England pub :-/
I really like it, great selection of beers! Is Cask by the canal any good? Weather looks decent this Saturday so fancy a change

It’s like any Tao bar. Good beer, but expensive.
The down side after the match is the queues. The stretch to the door. Service is really slow.
I’d go again, but not after the match.
Walk a bit further into Ancoats, and Ancoats Square 7 Brothers. But that will be busy as well.
Loads of bars in the NQ. Or go and down the micro breweries along the Piccadilly arches.
Tons of choice for a great beer.
Even though Cask is good, there are plenty of other choices if you make the effort.
It's just pre match this time as just a day trip and tight for time after game
Usually drink in NQ or around the Waldorf
Not been pre-match.
It’s going to be roasting on Saturday, so it will be busy before the match.
Give 7 Brothers a go. https://www.sevenbro7hers.com/beerhouse-ancoats/
There should be a good crowd and vibe in Ancoats Square.
Pathetic effort by Watford fans bringing such little support to the premier league champions. I reckon Bournemouth will bring more to our ground and that’s much further away
I agree re those in attendance should be praised. Norwich a newly promoted side beat us last week. All teams should be encouraged by that and fans alike. They achieved a good result against Arsenal last week. Poor show in my opinionTBF to Watford fans, I still think they are in FA Cup final 6-0 psychological shock.
Those that made the effort should be praised.
Setting off to City, knowing your team will probably be hammered, shows great support and loyalty.
Something we went through for 34 years.

People in the corner in front of the air vents, is the pub type thing open?

Do you remember the arsenal game when we were 4 nil down, at home, after about 30 seconds? Great arsenal team then led by Henry.I thought they did well - not to leave in droves after 18 minutes - it must have been horrible viewing for them.
seeing as large chunks of our own fans couldn't show the respect of staying till the end and applauding our own players off for such a stunning effort, we hardly have the right to criticise other supporters, especially when so many stayed as long as they did given the circumstances, in fact many stayed longer than some of our own fans which is disgraceful.
