Has anyone put forward your soft runny egg version?
As far as I can make out the only options we’ve seen so far are May’s version with the hated backstop, and No Deal that screws the economy, fucks up the GFA and will most likely break up the UK.

I rather think that the trend in Scotland will lead to a further vote to leave the UK regardless of Brexit. To a degree Brexit has been a good scapegoat to hang on that issue and to bury the real reasons that seemingly more and more Scots are inclined to favour independence from England and the rule of Westminster.

Reminds me almost of the whole blame for the world banking crash was made out to be entirely the fault of Gordon Clown and the Labour government. They certainly did not handle it well but the reality is that no matter who was in government at the time it would have still happened but the Tories sold the idea that it was Labours fault which fooled the gullible electorate into putting them in power. They have since done little else other than claim such was the catastrophic mess created entirely by Labour they have at least until now insisted we all had to take it up the arse and there is little or nothing they can do to alter that.

One thing is certain and that is whoever ends up in government will use the Brexit fiasco to justify their own inevitable failure to the country. Whether we end up leaving or remaining the country is fucked beyond repair and whilst I am and would once again be a marginal leaver I doubt whether Brexit in whatever form or no Brexit at all will be used by whoever is in power to justify the further social financial and moral decline of this country. The truth in my view is that Brexit has been a convenient peg to hang the hat of blame for all our ills on.

I honestly believe we will now remain and that will be followed by disaster after disaster as this country continues to tear itself apart. I am sorry to say this country has a future of class religious and ethnic conflict that will make these years of Brexit viewed as relatively good times. The realisation that actually whether we stay go or something in between probably makes little or no difference to the catastrophies that lie ahead will hit many like a train.

If it were not for my lads I would truly not give a fuck anymore on account of the fact that the worst of the shit storm on the horizon will hit after I have gone and we are probably headed to what we deserve.

Can we not just Leave on Monday on No Deal so we can all spend about a month pointing and laughing at those advocates of it when the country descends into the shit?

At the same time the Leavers can cry foul at the likes of Farage and Lawson etc when the move to Provence or the Dordogne as is their intention

State of this and it’s us leavers that are thick cunts?

Those who wish to leave with a deal and only in a capacity where we have a deal are fine by me.

This happens and we’ll be worse off but we’ll cope okay and move on.

Those that advocate no deal are scumbags and thick as fuck.

We have to trade and deal with Europe at some point, all no deal does is weaken our position to a point of 2008 level sheer desperation and make us take May’s deal, as it’ll be all they offer us.

You really should reply to him, not me.

His post was fucking pathetic.

I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago, but I've met 2 'no deal' voters now who when i asked them why, they said because they were tired of brexit and they just want to go back to how things were. And I consider them both bright lads, they just don't follow politics at all. Did explain, they felt stupid, but there's a lot of people who've got this really wrong.

You should set up a ministry mate.

Think of all those bright lads who don’t follow politics you could help?

Question time tonight when the panel were talking about Johnson breaking the law-

Pans to angry man in the crowd “what about the MP’s that have broken the law by not doing Brexit?”

This is the level of stupidity we’re now dealing with.

Too much deregulation and not keeping an eye on the banks was a major contributory factor in the crash, but I think the general consensus in the financial world is that Gordon Brown handled the crash very well, and prevented far worse.

I'd love interviewers to ask when they question members of the public and MP's what specifically in the so called Surrender Act they are opposed to. What specifically makes it a surrender document - which clauses which lines.................few will be able to tell them. They voted one way in 2016 and believe everything they are told following that.

For the record as a Remainer I can confirm that I was unhappy with nothing that we had as EU members as of 30 seconds ago

yeah - its the "will of the people" in that out of a population of 66m that 17.4m voted leave

You wrote that with a straight face as well.

Bravo Vic.

Of course. He said in an interview we would leave do or die and he said he would rather die in a ditch than ask for a further A50 extension.
Well exactly. Nothing about dying in a ditch rather than do a deal. So your previous mocking post was just daft.

But according to the Tories......................................................................................

Riiigghhttt - so he did say he'd rather die in a ditch but he didn't? Ok. Weird.
Please engage your brain or this is going to be even more tiresome.

1. You mocked Johnson for the prospect of him doing a deal after saying he'd die in a ditch before doing one.

2. I pointed out to you that he had NOT said he'd die in a ditch rather than do a deal: He said he'd die in a ditch rather than ask for an extension, and therefore your comments in (2) above were inapplicable and daft.

3. I have not said Johnson didn't say anything about dying in a ditch, so what on earth are you on about???!!

'Fuck' and 'that'. I spend far too much thinking about this bollocks to be arsed to pass on my knowledge and wisdom to an admiring and pliable next generation.
