Liverpool pay City £1 million in "spy" settlement for hacking - biggest PL scandal

The continuing nonreporting from all major media outlets other than The Times (and a piece on talksport back in September), is past the deafening level and into a ‘conspiracy of silence’ level.

Having seen over the past 5 years, for example, the instant BBC reporting of anything ‘bad’ with regard to City, it’s quite telling.

Getting serious. Click the photo and you can read most of the article.

Sounds to me like the FA are getting close to formally charging Liverpool.

Really? It sounds like they've got a reply back from us and now want Liverpool to answer some questions. How anyone (even a paranoid conspiracy nut like yourself Marvin) manages to work out that the FA are going to (let alone ready to) charge anyone beggars belief.

The Times report that Parliament's sport sub-committee are recommending an investigation.

They are already aware but perhaps they need a reminder that the allegations are in the public domain, and it is their responsibility to ensure that the matter is investigated. If you do so, be circumspect. At this stage we only need remind them of the incident and seriousness of the allegations.

Given that it's taken our fantastic Government almost three years to do nothing about the deaths of 72 people in a Tower Block blaze I wouldn't hold your breath. These inquiries are just political stunts and often "cover-ups."

The next PM is a Tarquin. Nothing to see here...

The fact that the whole thing has been ignored, even kept secret by most of the media tells its own story. Or perhaps two.
