Will Steven Gerrard also get a Premier League Medal then?
They'll invent a new category of lifetime achievement award and use that to give him one.

Yeah, Henderson’s not even in the five best players at his own club, so it would be slightly farcical for him to be named the best player in the entire league.
First thing that came to mind.Surely Henderson is equally as worthy of Player of the Year as Scott Parker was for the FWA variety!?
Jordan Henderson is now the bookies favourite for player of the year. If nobody thinks what influence and sway a media push has then seriously open your eyes. For the record I’m not one who thinks Henderson is useless, just a work horse who gives it his all. Like the vast majority of football players. To declare him the best player in England this season would be criminal.

And Pardew manager of the year when Mancini won the PLSurely Henderson is equally as worthy of Player of the Year as Scott Parker was for the FWA variety!?
Not to mention Salah in 2017/2018.And Pardew manager of the year when Mancini won the PL
If the dippers go undefeated they will get a gold trophy. So I'd imagine whatever bits of gold is left lying around will be made into a special achievement award for top players who never won the league with their clubWill Steven Gerrard also get a Premier League Medal then?
just shows what a farce it is.....didn't the family man win it after 13 appearances...Surely Henderson is equally as worthy of Player of the Year as Scott Parker was for the FWA variety!?
32 — he was awarded FWA POTY five games from the end of the season in which he just kept the Hammers up...just shows what a farce it is.....didn't the family man win it after 13 appearances...

To be fair MES, there are plenty on here that want to absolve Mancini of any credit so we can hardly get upset when everyone else fails to recognise his achievements ;-)And Pardew manager of the year when Mancini won the PL
Poor Premier League this season.
My comment was tongue-in-cheek, as that is what we had to put up with two years ago, when we ran away with the title.11 points the difference between relegation and 5th place Sheffield United. This season is one of those seasons we will have to take on the chin. You have to go backwards to go forward again. Reminds me of the 15-16 season, we had the capability and individual talent, however lacking the consistency to mount a title run.
Carragher now telling everyone the quality in Liverpool’s academy means they will never have to buy a player ever again, their cult won’t have to argue about net spend on forums and their owners can stop hacking their rivals and cheating at baseball and tell their sponsors to stop laundering money for South American cartels
