How exactly do we destroy them?

Hopefully by getting it overturned for a start, but then not stopping there.. claiming for millions and millions in damages to financially ruin them... then really going for the jugular by hiring the best lawyers to expose the corruption, that we all know goes on, and completely bring down the whole organisation

I think we will get a 12 month ban after appeal. I would like to see us grow a set of balls and do things differently. This isn’t just about City it’s about other big clubs with wealthy owners and local fan bases who dream of being part of the perceived elite of Europe.

all or nothing mate, we wont be accepting any reduced ban, if we genuinely haven't done anything wrong as the club statement implies

Now is not the time to scatter lads, the team needs supporting, review in may

You don't think most of the first team squad will be asking their agents and advisors as to how this affects them and what their options are in terms of an escape route ? Think they're going to be 100% committed to the City cause ? No way.

So if it takes CAS six plus months to deal with an appeal, whichever way it goes, will the ban then be delayed a season as it's under appeal, and if CAS did go against us, and we take it to another court, the ban delayed again. This could go on for seasons.

Said this before but look at City's statement. CAS is not the only recourse. Where else do we go? Are we bluffing?
well i'd say if CAS uphold it then the only other option is the civil courts, but i assume we would only be suing for losses as we would be serving the punishment

It will be interesting to see, can see it only push Sane away. I’d hope the likes of Sterling who we stuck by would want to repay us. Who knows.

That is a great idea, is that run by FIFA?

my enemies enemy is my friend

I think the idea of a money-spinning, FIFA-sanctioned tournament whilst banned from the CL is not as outlandish as it first seems. There is no love lost between UEFA and FIFA over the idea of a world club competition so the chance to mix things up a bit might be too good to miss.

Surely if we appeal, the ban has to be suspended until the appeal is over?
