I don't know about that,is anyone really impartial when money and power are in play, they choose one,we choose one and we are relying on the third chosen by CAS which is out of our handsTHe CAS judges will be impartial and if there is the slightest doubt from City's side they are not we will go to the Swiss courts.

That's assuming the ones we and UEFA choose side with the 2 sides. As they are from a list of CAS members there is no reason to assume all 3 won't follow the evidence and vote the same way, whatever way that turns out to be.I don't know about that,is anyone really impartial when money and power are in play, they choose one,we choose one and we are relying on the third chosen by CAS which is out of our hands
yeah it's all we have for now,so hope they really are unaffected by the corruptionNo, as stated on the Sunday Supplement, UEFA may well be CAS' biggest client. On the flip side, the buck needs to stop somewhere and that location is probably better than some dubious footballing body.
Sorry but if CAS throw out are case we are in serious trouble, not that I think they will. The line of thinking that the highest sport arbitration panel, above UEFA, FIFA or any other sporting body, is not going to be impartial, and when City get to pick one of the 3 to look at the case, takes you off down a rabbithole there's no escape from.
My understanding is it is not automatic the Swiss courts will hear it,it is not routinely allowed, might be wrong thoughSorry but if CAS throw out are case we are in serious trouble, not that I think they will.
IF CAS do reject us , then we will go to the Swiss courts.
They may not be interested but I am sure it's the only other place we could take it.My understanding is it is not automatic the Swiss courts will hear it,it is not routinely allowed, might be wrong though
Doesn’t do us much good if the other 2 judges are cunnts, 1 will be for sure. It will all depend upon the thirdThe line of thinking that the highest sport arbitration panel, above UEFA, FIFA or any other sporting body, is not going to be impartial, and when City get to pick one of the 3 to look at the case, takes you off down a rabbithole there's no escape from.
