Investigation in Liverpool's 'hacking' of our computer systems

To protect the product that City have a vested interest in They clearly wanted to avoid a court case that could damage the whole league
Surely something of this significance had to be reported to the PL and, if not, we wouldn’t have dealt directly with Liverpool on such a sensitive matter?

One has to wonder if the PL brokered the deal in order to protect the brand. That’s why they took no interest in the case once it was leaked when you would automatically think they would have to?

Imagine if Liverpool did hack City and it wasn’t punished solely because it was too long ago to worry about. Then imagine it happened again much more recently and not just to City. What if that could be proved? What would happen then? Would be worth a watch wouldn’t it...

It very much would be but at this moment in time there is very little evidence to suggest that anybody has the stomach to potentially harm the PL brand.

There must be more to this story because accepting a few pounds sterling for such an action against the club simply doesn't make sense at face value...

It makes no sense whatsoever for us to accept a paltry amount of hush money.

My guess and it is only a guess is we did it to put them at some sort of false ease but have kept evidence of other incidents to one side and will reveal what has gone on at a time to suit.

Hopefully that time is now.

I would expect if we had serious evidence of wrongdoing against the club we would go the legal route but it maybe that the press are also in the loop already which is confusing

I find it difficult to believe that they have been that stupid.
